It has come to our attention that we have been tagged in a negative post regarding a gift card giveaway we did. We sent the gift cards out immediately after we did the drawing.
We try to do something nice & get bad mouthed. I am aware this may have been a scam and the original winner may have been duplicated to get gift card. We would have made it right.
Because of this, we will only allow local residents to take part in any raffle from now on. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause.
We constantly do our part to donate, and help when we can. With gift cards, food donations, Christmas gifts, donated raffle items, etc. it’s disappointing to see a good gesture be turned into our ONLY negative review ever.
We pride ourselves on integrity and compassion. This has definitely let the wind out of our sails, but we will regroup and continue to help where we can and do promotions and raffles for our loyal customers.
Have a safe & beautiful weekend from Purr-fect Water Company!
