Are you on the hunt for a dinner idea that's quicker than your average bear? Under 30 minutes quick?! Then strap yourself in, friend, because this Easy Homemade Beef Stroganoff is about to become your new BFF!!!!

Easy homemade Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
•1 pound of farm fresh beef (cut of your choice; I prefer to cut strips from a roast or use stew chunks but you can use anything, even ground) •1 large onion, cut into strips
•Fresh mushrooms washed and sliced (I prefer baby Bella)
•1 can cream of mushroom soup
•1 small container of sour cream
•Garlic powder
•Seasoned pepper
•EVOO (or oil of choice)
•Extra wide egg noodles cooked per package instructions

Cooking Instructions:
1. In a large/deep skillet, place some oil and cook your onions and mushrooms until soft.
2. Add in your beef, season with garlic powder and season pepper and cook until done.
3. Once beef is done, add in the can of cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and mix well. 4. Fold in the cooked egg noodles and cook to warm through.
