As most of you know I'm not a big fan of social media. That being said I feel very strongly about the podcast linked below. I have been in this business for a very long time & always felt like I was doing what was best for my horses. Until the tradional veterinary practices weren't working for my current horse. I took a leap of faith & contacted a long time vet friend to look at my horse. It has truly been a trip down the "rabbit hole". I have learned that what most of us consider "normal" isn't. And the biggest thing is that horses don't lie. They use every means available to tell us when they are in pain, if we take the time to listen.
If you have a horse that is chronically loosing the same shoe or needs the same joint injection over & over or if your vet has blocked every joint but nothing helps - PLEASE listen to this podcast. There is help, if you are willing to learn & be a better horse owner. I'll get off my soapbox now & go continue with my horse's rehab.
