I forgot to add a splash of vinegar in the pressure cooker to avoid the build up on the outside of the jars. It’ll wipe off 👍 what a newb mistake 😂😂😂

We grew these from little baby seeds 🥹🥰 and the plants are still going strong so I do believe we’ll be putting up many more cans.

The rest of the garden is coming along and we’ll have more color in here real soon ☺️ this weekend I’m going be canning up some deer meat chili and stew 🤩🤩🤩 and maybe some Zuppa Toscana base.

I want to get a few things canned to take on the summer trips so I don’t have to eat out all the time. Now that I’m not scared of our pressure canner I may go crazy for a bit 🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩
