Have openings for 1/4s, 1/2s, or whole beef ready for delivery early June. Also taking orders for delivery in September and December.

Cuts include:
Hamburger
Roasts: rump, sirloin tip, shoulder, eye round, chuck
Steaks: delmonico, porterhouse, sirloin, t-bone
Cube steak
chip steak

Cuts on 1/2s or whole beefs can be changed .

Price is $4.39 per pound hanging weight. Price includes local delivery and butcher cost. Hanging weights usually run 400 to 450 pounds. All cuts vacuumed packed except hamburger.
