Fresh local tomatoes, farm-fresh eggs, and chicken meat are available as well.

We picked up a few of the boys’ farm-raised chickens, and one looks a little different than the rest because it came from a Silkie!

Silkie chicken meat is highly prized in many cultures for its unique appearance, rich flavor, and nutritional benefits. While it may look a bit different, it’s considered a delicacy by many and is often used in specialty dishes and soups.
