Justina's Homemade Treats

I enjoy baking yummy treats for people. I have been creating new flavors of cheesecake but I also make cupcakes and cookies. So that made me think Pastry Chef!

It took me some years but in 2015 I finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up!! I had been thinking about this question for years. I hemmed and hawed over one career path or another until finally one day it HIT me. I asked myself what do you like to do? I like to be creative, I like puzzles, and I like to make tasty cakes and cookies. As a Pastry Chef I can make tasty treats, I can be a

rtistic when I decorate the cupcakes and cookies - oh, and the cheesecakes! Whether it's creating a brand new recipe or perfecting an old one, it ends up being a puzzle that I have to figure out how to put together and make it GREAT!
