One of our favorite parts of this journey has been watching every detail come together piece by piece. Behind the scenes, there have been countless decisions along the way, each one helping shape the vision for our creamery.
Lately, we’ve been focused on choosing the stonework for the exterior of our building. We want to be intentional about creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and timeless for our community. 😊

It’s amazing how much each option can completely change the look and feel of the building. I’d love to know, Which one is your favorite? 😊🤍

In our new facility, every detail has been thoughtfully chosen. Including our decision to use vat pasteurization for the processing of our milk. It is a slower method that prioritizes quality over speed.

Vat pasteurization is a traditional, low-temperature method where milk is gently heated to about 145°F and held there for 30 minutes before being carefully cooled. This slower process allows harmful bacteria to be eliminated while preserving the milk’s natural structure. This form of pasteurization helps maintain more of the milk’s natural flavor, proteins, and delicate nutrients. The result is milk that tastes richer and as close to its natural state as we can get!

It’s a more intentional method. One that takes time. We believe it is worth it to have the best tasting milk!😊🥛

✨Coffee Shop Partnership✨

We’re proud to partner with local coffee shops who care deeply about what they serve and the people they serve it to. Their success truly matters to us, and it’s an honor to be a small part of what they’re building!

At the core of everything we do is a drive to bring healthy, high-quality products to our community. That’s why we are dedicated to producing non-GMO A2A2 milk. We’re here to support the businesses that make our community strong. If you’re interested in carrying our products, we’d love to connect.😊🥛

Since 2006, the United States has lost more than 50,000 dairy farms. Let that number sink in. That’s 50,000 family farms—50,000 generations of farmers who helped feed their communities—gone in just 20 years. As a dairy farmer’s daughter, that reality is deeply heartbreaking.

Today, only around 23,600 dairy farms remain. Now more than ever, family farms need your support. When you choose local dairy in your community—whether in your grocery store or favorite café—you’re helping families like ours continue the work we love and ensuring farms like ours still have a future. 🐄🥛🇺🇸
