Who knew that a cool mom bringing home winemaking kits to do with her son would spark the idea for his future winery?

Known affectionately as “Jackson” around the winery, Jackie Dill is one hardworking woman. She maintains the gardens, has baked hundreds of loaves of cranberry bread for Deck the Halls, and refuses to let a single piece of plastic end up in the landfill around here.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We are lucky to have this wonderful lady, and grateful she brought home that wine kit many moons ago. 🥂

What a great first day of Spring Wine and Cheese. Good wine, beautiful weather, even better people. We’re back today with more of the same and the Big Dill bite on the table: pimento cheese dip + dill pickle on a cracker. Don’t knock it till you try it. 🥒
