Penderlea Farms Penderlea Farms is a family-owned farm in Burgaw, NC, dedicated to preserving and repopulating Historic Live Oaks in Southeastern NC.

We pride ourselves on using best practices and hand pick our acorns from some of the areas oldest & most cherished trees. The last frontier for many of us is our connection to the land. Penderlea Farms is an evolving enterprise exploring the concept of food to table, hands on learning, and the evolution of sustainable farming practices. Please feel free to follow us as we document our journey towards a show case farm that will hopefully have something for everyone.

Another great Ag Day with Pender County Schools! 🌳🐐🐴🚜🐝

Nearly 1,000 5th Graders visited the farm to learn about careers in agriculture for the Third Annual Agriculture Day. Students got hands-on experience with various vendors on topics from animal science to horticulture. Thank you to all the vendors that took time out of their busy schedules to be a part of this event. We love sharing the farm and inspiring young minds! 🌱
