Sizzling Steaks on Memorial Day! 🥩🇺🇸
We cooked up one of our sirloin steaks with butter, garlic, thyme, and a hot pan — simple ingredients that let the steak do the talking!

Here’s how we made it:
🥩 Coyne Family Farm Sirloin Steak
🧂 Salt & Pepper
🧈 Butter
🧄 Garlic
🌿 Thyme

Season with salt and pepper and then sear on all sides for about a minute each to build that perfect crust.
Finish it with butter, garlic, and thyme and serve it up with your favorite sides like asparagus, home fries, or a fresh summer salad.

The first group from last year’s Raise Your Own Steer program will be heading out next month! It’s exciting seeing them getting close to their ideal weight after all the work that goes into raising them. 🐄🌾

With these steers getting ready to leave, and more heading out toward the end of June and July, we’re starting to gear up for this year’s program. One thing people always notice when they visit the farm is how calm the birds are, and that comes from keeping their environment clean, comfortable, and low-stress.
