It’s been a while since I’ve made a post. Two of my faves from this week:
1. Bone in pork chops raised and butchered by us and an arugula salad and roasted carrots and beats from Wisteria Hill Farm!
2. Pork Belly on lemon chard pasta using pork belly from our hogs and chard from Wisteria Hill Farm!

Moral of the post- if you haven’t gotten pork from us or signed up for Wisteria Hills CSA you’re missing out!
