I am also picking up a fresh pork order with breakfast sausage, bacon, and sausage links, so I’ll have those available soon!
I’ll also be putting together some meat boxes to post Friday. I will not be taking any new orders until Friday.

Sorry we’ve been a little MIA lately. We’ve got A LOT in the works behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to start sharing some of it with y’all. For now, Zeus says we’re busy building something pretty exciting around here.

Research has demonstrated that people yelling can be more stressful than even the use of a hot shot. However, cattle have difficulty pinpointing where the sound came from. All loud noises will frighten animals, even if we understand that the noise should not be an issue.

‼️‼️Pickup Location Update‼️‼️

We will be moving all pickup orders to Gilbert Creek Gardens on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Gilbert Creek Gardens
411 E 3rd St
Burkburnett, TX 76354

Their hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM, so you’ll be able to pick up your order during those hours on your scheduled pickup day.

Unless other arrangements have been made with me ahead of time, this will be the pickup location for all orders going forward until I get the farmstand finished and have a designated pickup area here at the farm.

I really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we continue to grow and get things organized!

MONDAY DELIVERY IS AT MAX CAPACITY! I cannot take on any more Monday delivery orders. Thank y’all so much for keeping me busy! I will post an update about Thursday delivery soon..

Pickups this week are going to look a little different because of a few things that have come up. Pickups MUST be scheduled ahead of time. I’m the only one out here most of the day, and sometimes I have to leave the farm unexpectedly, so I don’t want anyone making the drive out here and finding an empty farm!

Here are the pickup times for this week:

Monday: 9 AM–1 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM–12 PM & 2–6 PM
Wednesday: 9–11 AM & 1–6 PM
Thursday: 9 AM–2 PM

I’m also working on getting a farm store (soon-ish) set up so pickups can be much more convenient for everyone. I’m excited to eventually have a place where y’all can swing by without having to coordinate with my crazy farm schedule. I know it’s a hassle but I appreciate your patience.

CUT OF THE DAY: BEEF PHILLY MEAT

This cut comes straight from the arm roast, and it is SO incredibly tender and flavorful! I love using it for Philly cheesesteaks, but it’s also perfect for a quick beef & broccoli stir fry or any recipe that calls for thin sliced beef. It cooks up perfect every single time!
