Dolce Casa The name "Pasteleria Clara Amalia" is made up of three words that are very important in my life. Pasteleria is Spanish for baking, my biggest passion.

Clara is my name. And last but not least, Amalia is the name of the person who taught me everything I know about baking, my Mom. My Mom founded this bakery in 2008 in Guadalajara, Mexico under the name "Dolce Casa". Every cake was made solely by her at the beginning, but little by little my brothers and I started helping with different things. I helped out with decoration, and my older brother was in charge of cookies during the holiday season. I have been baking for family and friends for years. All the cakes and baked goods that I make are inspired by family recipes. My mom is my biggest inspiration and I know she's proud of me and my desserts. Pasteleria Clara Amalia's flavors are 100% homemade and Hispanic.
