Hello everyone!! I’m sure most of you know. My name is Tiffany Martinez. I have 2 1/2 years of restaurant cooking experience, I’m currently 8 years into my fitness journey, & I’ve helped so many people in and out of the gym. Currently, I’m trying to spread my love for fitness & food to the surrounding communities.
The plan/ goal for “BeneFIT meals” is help people get on track with their health and fitness goals; Starting out with nutrition!! I currently have a menu of 13 items to choose from, all made from fresh whole ingredients. I am also available deliver depending on certain locations.
