Farm to Table Barbacoa Tacos - Slow cooked shredded Forever Vos Farms chuck roast seasoned with a rich blend of dried chiles and garlic, cumin, and chipoltes in adobo. Served Mexican style on corn tortillas with chips and homemade red salsa and salsa verde. All vegetables used in tacos and salsa from Geneva Lakes Produce!

Farm to Table Barbacoa Nachos- Our homemade barbacoa served over a bed of corn tortilla chips topped with melted chihuahua cheese, diced red onions, roasted corn, and fresh cilantro. Served with our homemade red salsa and salsa verde. All vegetables from Geneva Lakes Produce.
