Throwback Thursday! My first time making 핫도그 (hotdog) also known as 코고 (Kogo)! When I think of the quintessential Korean street food that's both delicous and fun to eat, I think of this snack!

짜장면 jjajangmyeon is one of the most popular dishes in and was an absolute blast to make. A homemade black bean paste was so much more rewarding than store bought!

We're gonna get a headstart on as I will be busy this Sunday and won't be able to post! Today's dish is Khao Soi from Chiang Mai, a region in northern . This dish is ROBUST with flavour, with a coconut curry soup, savoury crunchy fried noodles, fresh herbs, juicy tender chicken all covering over long super slurpy egg noodles!

11am is a strange time. Early enough to call it breakfast, late enough to call it lunch! We have 돈까스 Donkkasu with some 반찬 Banchan! A cucumber salad and kimchi spinach! Along with delicous kimchi fried rice! The only thing missing is some tea or beer 🤣

Today is South East Asian Sunday, otherwise known as and we're kicking it off with Bún Lòc Lâc from ! This was a blast to make and even BETTER to eat! One of the first times I DIDN'T share what I cook with the rest of the kitchen 🤣 sorry crew, all mine tonight!

Welcome to my official venture! I have several idea's and a road map for this page, but I'll establish what to expect. After a few years of working on my craft, I've decided to start a brand. This is starting off primary as a food blog, and with enough time, a YouTube Channel, recipe site and even a cook book if I ever get around to it. Maybe even a pop up shop restaurant? 🤔🤔 Only time will tell.

This food blog primarily focuses on Korean and Japanese cooking🧑🏿‍🍳, but it's not exclusive. Asia is a beautiful region with many cultures, flavours and foods to explore and inspire. So I will also feature the occasional Thai, Taiwan, Vietnamese, Filipino, Indonesian, Malaysia and more South East Asian dishes. These posts will be on Saturday known as "SEAsaturdays"🇹🇭🇻🇳🇹🇼🇵🇭🇮🇩🇲🇾

I'll post photos only of food that I've made myself, and food submitted to me by others in my DMs, complete with credits. My foods will include recipes📃. I'll occasionally even shoot a silly video showing how to make the food as well 🤪. This is the first time I've ever done anything like this. This is casual, but I hope to do something with it, and with the support of my friends and family, I hope this can grow into something I can explore further in the future.
