👉 We offer 2 Main catering options:

1. TRADITIONAL CATERING (STAFF + SETUP)
We bring chafing dishes, serving equipment, and staff.
We set up a clean, professional buffet line and serve your guests.
Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and formal gatherings where presentation matters..

2 We Cook it, deliver it hot, and set it up buffet-style.
✔️ Disposable pans
✔️ Plates, utensils, napkins included
✔️ You serve your guests, no staff needed

Perfect for offices, small parties, and no-hassle events.

💥 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: • We only book ONE catering per day – your event gets our full attention.

• Deposit + signed contract locks your date in
• Dates fill up FAST – we recommend booking weeks or months ahead

• All menus are market price – every event gets a custom quote.

• Quotes are good for 7 days

🍖 WHAT WE SERVE: Pulled pork, brisket, Pork Tenderloin, chicken, ribs, tenderloin, smoked Tri Tip , and all the fixin’s—done right, slow-smoked, and built to feed anywhere from 20 people to 1000

🔥 We also offer Custom Charcuterie Tables, Taco Bars , Breakfast options, And Sandwich Box lunches for Drop off services .

We had the Pleasure of Catering Lunch for a little over 200 people at The Burlington Livestock and then a private Dinner at The Cougar Den last night, it was so great to see all the Families enjoying the Games and Pool at The Cougar Den and smiles on faces ❤️ Thank you to the Pharo Cattle Company for entrusting us to help make your Bull Sale a success .
