Bo's Batch Salsa The Best Hand Crafted Salsa in Vermont Bo's Batch is an amazing and original salsa hand crafted by Bo Dayton in Burlington, VT.

It started as a hobby back in Ferrisburgh, VT. At that time, we only dispersed the salsa amongst good friends and family, but we have now decided to share it with everyone! Every batch is unique because we use different peppers and spices depending on their seasonal availability. Each jar contains hand cut vegetables straight out of real gardens maintained in Vermont. We have yet to make the recipe public and available in stores, but it will always be available locally through us!
