Curiosity by Design (an open house at Venues at the Factory last month) was a playground for the senses, and we were thrilled to be part of it.
Our Culinary Director, Ian Davey, embraced the opportunity to create food experiences that were every bit as imaginative as the event itself. From a “Paint Your Own Palette” display featuring a butter tower, artisan breads, colorful pickled vegetables, and an array of vibrant sauces that guests could literally paint onto their plates, to scallops served with a purple cauliflower purée that transformed into brilliant fuchsia with a squeeze of lemon, every detail was designed to surprise, delight, and spark a little curiosity.
Events like this don’t come around every day, and we loved the creative challenge of bringing something truly unique to life alongside such an incredibly talented team.
A huge thank you to Venues at The Factory for including us in this special evening. We had so much fun collaborating with all of the amazing vendors who helped make the night unforgettable.
