Our Story
Founded in 2012 by executive Chef Adam Hineman after recognizing a need for authentic Mexican street style tacos in the area. Adam comes from a background in fine dining and was looking for a way to combine his passion for professional cooking and live music events. We the take time to handcraft our menu items in house to ensure our guests experience an authentic culinary adventure. Coupled with a love of street art and graffiti our units are painted by local graffiti artists, the Anthill Collective, with vibrant murals. We guarantee our patrons will have a unique and memorable experience.
In efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and leave a healthier planet for the next generation, we have converted our trucks to be off the grid and self sufficient. We harness 100% of our electricity from solar panels and utilize passive water heating systems. We serve all of our food on 100% compostable plates and cups.

Serving up delicious California style tacos...gluten free and allergen friendly menu! Find us at any local music festival, brew fest, fun runs, or one of the many area food truck stops. Serving up fun and flavor with a side of spicy! We invite you to come put something spicy in your mouth!
