It's September 1st and 90+ degrees outside. I think this heat calls for sweetcorn and BLT's for dinner!
The sweetcorn is the yummy, peaches & cream, pop-in-your-mouth kernels that is heavenly with butter dripping of the cob and a bit of salt to add savory to the OH SO SWEET!!
Tomatoes are finally recovering from the wet August, and our tomato price has been discounted.

What are you doing this weekend? I plan on freezing sweet corn. It is delicious, and it is going to taste so good this winter.
We have a special right now. We sorted our supersweet, "peaches & cream", sweet corn and have 3 dozen bags available for 15.00, while quantities last. Wowza, you can't beat that price 🙂
