The Alo ‘Vert Imperial’ Picpoul Roussanne is fermented in stainless steel and at low temperatures for freshness. The wine is then aged for 6 months on fine lees for complexity and texture. A wine from the heart of the Languedoc. The lightness and freshness of the Piquepoul combined wonderfully with the complexity of the Roussanne delivers a wine of intensity & freshness with a nose of white flowers lifted by a bright lively acidity give a wonderfully refreshing, thirst quenching summer white wine.

The Alo Jais Noir Carignan, IGP Côtes Catalanes is big, bold and concentrated Carignan Noir that leaves its impression. Winemaker Guillaume Letang went on a voyage to vineyards unknown to source these grapes. While he is used to driving all over Languedoc Roussillon for his work he had never ventured this far south. One day curiosity got the better of him and he went to explore “the wild landscape” between Corbieres and the Mediterranean. Stainless steel was used to maintain the freshness and purity of fruit from the old, bush-vine Carignan.

The small yields from this area and its unique soils and landscape give distinctive wines with personality. This wine is intense and complex with dark, rich fruit, delicate tannins and smooth mouthfeel. As Guillaume says, it’s a “must taste” wine!

The Hugl Gruner Veltliner 1L is an intense and concentrated wine offering pleasant citrus and grapefruit aromas, exotic tropical fruits with a hint of freshly ground white pepper. Medium-bodied dry wine with a firm mineral backbone, crisp acidity on the finish. A very pleasing wine to drink. Vinified in stainless steel and aged on the lees 2 months, it has a firm mineral backbone makes it a great pairing for seafood, sushi & summer salads.

This is a young family-run winery located in Weinveirtel. It is owned and operated by Sylvia and Martin Hugl who make fruit forward and ripe Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt. They own 22 hectares of vineyard and buy grapes from several partners. Their wines are well made and modestly priced for the quality.

Denny Bini FUSO Spuma Lambrusco di Sorbara Frizzante - 'Spuma' is bottle-fermented metodo ancestral made from the geeky high-acid Sorbara grape; if you’re an acid-head, there’s no better grape to look for in Emilia-Romagna than Sorbara.

Long considered the more mineral-driven and less fruity Lambrusco grape, Sorbara makes sparkling wines that are pinky in hue and racy, tingling with unripe red fruits. Generations ago, according to Denny, it was always a bit of a revelation for farmers going down into the cellar to see if a bottle of their fermented wine would actually undergo secondary fermentation, and had the fizz or spuma ooze out. If it did, one declared Spuma! in anticipatory celebration of something fizzy for a meal or aperitivo.

The Cafaggio Chianti Classico Basilica Cafaggio Single Estate is a juicy, crunchy and agile red with aromas of sour cherries, sweet berries and dried oregano on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins. Vivid core of crunchy red berries and a succulent, fresh finish.

Nestled between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, Cafaggio sits pretty in Tuscany’s golden amphitheater—the Conca d’Oro of Panzano in Chianti. The name says it all: “golden shell” or “golden bowl,” this natural sun-trap is every grape’s dream vacation spot. Here, organic vineyards stretch across 60 hectares of galestro-rich soils, where the roots dig deep and the wines climb high.

It’s not just geography—it’s geometry, geology, and a touch of magic. The steep, sun-facing slopes, ancient limestone and sandstone layers, and rich biodiversity all converge to create wines of serious elegance and longevity.

LaLuca Prosecco is soft, enticing, and delicious. Sweet scents of Bosc pear, acacia flower, green melon, and tangerine carry nimbly over to the palate, where they're met by glimmers of pineapple and tangy citrus cream followed by a lick of salinity on the finish. Juicy yet clean, this sparkler wears its 15 grams per liter of residual sugar well.

The Veneto region of northeastern Italy is acclaimed for the production of high-quality Prosecco. LaLuca embraces this tradition with a combination of quality and affordability, produced in the highly regarded sub-region of Treviso where many of the best values in Prosecco originate. Grapes are sourced from over 100 hectares of vines belonging to some of the oldest and most respected growers across the entire region. These hillside vineyards are situated at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level and enjoy southeastern exposures to maximize sunlight. Soils of alluvial origin include fine particles of silt and clay, with larger components of sand and gravel.

Scenic Valley Farms Pinot Noir, from Willamette Valley, is an aromatic stroll through the woods. It features notes of sweet wild blackberries, cedar and a forest floor dominated by spent pine needles. The wine shows a nice fruit, alcohol, acidity and tannin balance, with flavors like ripe Bing cherries and a cup of strong-brewer Assam tea.

Winemaker, Gabriel Jagle, studied at the Chemeketa Viticulture Center, where he learned to make wines that are clean and precise. He was trained at Illahe Vineyards and Winery, where he learned to make wines that were soulful and expressive. At Scenic Valley, Gabriel uses those lessons to make creative wines that have terroir and zeitgeist, while also remembering the most important thing is to make wines that are delicious.

Fresh, fruity, exhilarating. The semi-sparkling "Fritz" is created from the traditional German Müller-Thurgau grape. Winemaker Jürgen Hofmann from the Rhinehessian village of Appenheim has rediscovered the variety and invigorated it with effervescence.

Light straw yellow with lovely green highlights. Fresh-fruity aromas of pear, apple and grapefruit. Mild and well balanced on the palate with exotic aromas and a delicate nutmeg tone. Sparklingly refreshing.
