Pedone Pinsa Free samples Thursday at the Burlington Farmer's Market! Available in retail 2 packs at the market and in the freezer at Jones Block!

This Thursday we’re bringing the Pedone Pinsa oven trailer to the Burlington Farmer's Market to bake up FREE samples of these amazing Pinsa crusts made right here in Burlington topped with ingredients from all your favorite market vendors. They will be available for sale frozen in retail two packs. Pickup everything you need to top them at the market. Here are a few we will be making.

River Valley 5 cheese garlic spread, Forever Vos Farms hickory bacon, roasted sweet corn from Geneva Lakes Produce, drizzle of Hemken Honey.

Garlic olive oil, Italian sausage from Forever Vos, fresh spinach and tomatoes from Geneva Lakes Produce, shredded basil jack from Stampers Cheese.

EVOO, River Valley sauteed mushrooms, fresh mozzarella and Parmesan.

Onion gravy, Irish bangers, sauteed and onions and peppers from Geneva Lakes Produce, melted provolone.

Garlic sauce, Kernan craft dill pickle, Mozarella and Parmesan!
