Sooooo disappointed that I didn’t make it to the Mount Vernon Farmers Market this Saturday morning! 😭😭😭 I love my fellow vendors and the beautiful location downtown. (They’re open 9am-2pm. Support local!)

I have all this deliciousness I made for the market! Normally the Nook (my bakery farmstand) is open only on Sundays at 11am, but it will also be open today! Pick up some cinnamon rolls made fresh this morning, Honey Whole Wheat bread - in a full size loaf or a mini - or tasty flavor-forward cookies!

I’m just off Highway 20, about 2 miles from BEHS. Busy? Send someone to pick up fresh treats for today!

July 4th and 5th. Opens 11am. July 4th - open until 9pm. (Pay with paper or plastic or Venmo.)

Every Saturday, from 9am-2pm, I’m a vendor at the Mount Vernon Farmer’s Market and it is DELIGHTFUL! I have the kindest, interesting vendor/colleagues!

I buy a bouquet every week from the flower vendor’s stunning selection. 💐🌸🌻I use them in my booth, then in the Nook on Sunday, then the house the rest of the week! See them in the pic of the Nook. I meeeaaannnnnn … 🥰

Since the market is Saturday, the Nook is now open on Sundays at 11am. 😊

Before it was The Egg Table, it was just this table — a few eggs for the neighbors and a wish to share what I had.

Four years later, I’m still leaving out eggs and now baking under a cottage license to help this tiny farm grow into something self-sustaining and community-centered. 💛
