Saturday, October 3 is the next to last Paducah Farmers' Market. The market season is slowly coming to an end. Hours tomorrow are 7:30-1pm. I have the best apple c***r that I have made. It's made with 5 varieties of apples, all mixed together. Also, I will have apple butter, monkey butter, blackberry jam and syrup, pepper jelly, apple pie jelly, mountain dew and Dr pepper jelly, candied apple jelly, and our famous hickory bark syrup. I still have thornless, triple crown blackberry plants. These plants need to be planted soon, so stop by tomorrow and see what's going on.

We are at Benton Farmers Market today until noon. The Livingston Co KY Farmers Market will be at Sugar Creek Flower Farm from 3PM to 7PM. Lots of things going on at both places. We have apple c***r. I made about 60 gallons from 30 bushels of apples, which is about average. It's available in pints and quarts. Also, at both places we'll have candied apple jelly, apple pie jelly, apple butter, monkey butter, hickory bark syrup, blackberry jam and syrup, pepper jelly. Stop by one or both locations and see what's happening. If you're interested in apple c***r, or any of our amazing products, send me a message or call.

There will not be a Paducah Farmers' Market this weekend. But, we will be at Benton Farmers Market, and Sugar Creek Flower Farm with the Livingston County Farmers Market. It's just about time for apple c***r. I plan on starting tomorrow. I'm getting 6 different varieties of apples, some sweet, some tart, some not as sweet. We'll mix all that together, and hopefully make some good apple c***r. I'll be putting it in glass pints and quarts. It's going to be great!

I am working on sorghum today. I have 65 gallons of juice, which will make 6 1/2 to 7 gallons of sweet sorghum syrup.
