To all of our amazing Keola’s Kitchen customers —

I want to sincerely apologize, but Keola’s Kitchen will be taking a short break from selling plates for now. As much as I love cooking for everyone and sharing food made with Aloha, I need to take some time to step back and really figure out my food-to-profit ratio and the business side of things to make sure Keola’s Kitchen can continue in a sustainable way.

This has been such a learning experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for every order, share, recommendation, and kind word you’ve given us along the way. Your support has meant more than you know.

This isn’t goodbye — just a pause while I regroup, learn, and come back stronger.

Starting in June, we will be bringing back preorders only. If anyone would still like to place plate orders, you’ll be able to preorder ahead of time so we can better plan quantities, keep food fresh, and continue serving you all with the quality and care we want Keola’s Kitchen to be known for.
