New at Black Hat, bagel and French baguette sliced crisps. Butter, garlic and everything bagel seasonings, toasted to perfection and dried for a nice crunch. Great as a snack, a dip or crumbled on a salad.

I know it's been a while since we posted but the house fire set us back. We're back in the swing of things starting new batches of sauces including a new spicier sauce. We've got new batches of beef jerky drying right now and shortly we'll offer buffalo jerky. We hope to add some other "game" meats as well. Almond butter & Peach whisky syrup are available. We're thinking about adding parmesan crisps with an everything bagel seasoning as well as everything bagel rounds for snacking. Pickles, pickled asparagus and pickled veggies coming this Summer.
