I’d say today was a pretty successful day!

📖 Morning Bible study ✅
🐔 Chicken chores ✅
🏊 Cleaned the pool so the kids could play and make memories with friends ✅
🌱 Harvested from the garden ✅
🍝 Made pasta sauce from roasted squash to freeze for later ✅
🌶️ Made some cowboy candy for my hubby ✅

As I sit here reflecting on the day, I’m reminded that success isn’t always found in big accomplishments. Sometimes it’s found in the simple blessings—serving our families, tending what God has entrusted to us, and finding joy in the everyday moments.
No matter what your day looks like, make today yours. Embrace the challenges that come your way, knowing they are often the very things God uses to strengthen us. Remember, you are stronger than any storm because you never face it alone.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 ✝️
Praying you all have a blessed and beautiful day. ❤️

What do you plant just for your chickens or animals enjoyment?🌻 🌿
This year we planted lots of sunflowers and amaranth. We started these from seeds that I got off amazon and the germination rate was amazing. im super excited to see these grow and if our chickens actually like them, lol. 😂

🫣 SEED STORAGE 🫣
I need your help, friends! 🌱
Every year I start the majority of our garden from seed, and I also save seeds for the following season.
What started as a few seed packets has somehow turned into a mountain of envelopes, containers, and little bags scattered everywhere. 😂
I love growing our garden from seed, but my seed storage situation is officially getting out of control. There has to be a better way!i
I’d love to see how you organize your seeds. Do you use binders, boxes, photo cases, filing systems, or something completely different?
Share your photos, ideas, and tips in the comments!
I’m always grateful to learn from this amazing community, and I know your ideas will help not only me but others who are trying to get organized too. ❤️🌱
Can’t wait to see what works for you all!

Woke up to this today! 💕

To be completely honest, it feels a little daunting and almost impossible. But the girls and I started this page with a dream—to one day become monetized so we can help cover the costs of caring for all of our animals and continue sharing our farm life with you.

We would be so grateful for any views, likes, comments, shares, and engagement on our posts. Every little bit of support means more than you know and helps us take one step closer to that goal.

Thank you for being here, encouraging us, and following along on this journey. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Hope you all have a blessed day! ❤️🐓🌻🙏

Chicken chores and pajamas go together like peanut butter and jelly. 🤣😂

Yep, I’m out here doing chores in my pajamas. In the winter, just add a robe and we’re really living the farm life! 😂

Honestly, are you even doing chicken chores right if you’re NOT in your PJs? The chickens don’t care what you’re wearing, and neither do I! They still expect breakfast bright and early, whether I’m dressed for the day or looking like I just rolled out of bed. 🤣

Farm life isn’t always glamorous, but it’s full of simple moments that make me smile. Fresh air, happy chickens, and coffee waiting on me when I’m done… that’s a pretty good way to start the day. ❤️

Now tell me—what’s the funniest thing you’ve worn while doing chores? 😂🐓

Our family farm is built on three things: Family, Fun Farm Animals, and a whole lot of Faith. ❤️🐓🙏

Today, I’d love to take a moment to pray for those in our community.

As a woman of God, I believe in bringing every burden, worry, praise, and need before our Heavenly Father. He cares deeply about every detail of our lives, and there is power in prayer.

If there’s something weighing on your heart, a loved one who needs prayer, a health concern, a financial struggle, a family situation, or even a praise report you’d like to share, please leave it in the comments so I can pray for you today. 🙏

If your request is more personal and you’d prefer privacy, feel free to send me a message. Your prayer request will be treated with love and respect.

No matter what you’re facing, please remember: you are seen, you are loved, and you are never alone. ✝️❤️

We love you all with the love of Christ and count it a blessing to pray alongside you.

How can I pray for you today? 🙏

What’s your favorite way to use up all those garden tomatoes? 🍅

My tomato plants are absolutely thriving this year, and I’m about to be up to my ears in beautiful, ripe tomatoes. There’s just something so rewarding about watching tiny seedlings turn into baskets overflowing with fresh food for the family.

I’m always looking for new ways to preserve the harvest and make the most of every tomato, whether it’s canning, salsa, sauces, soups, or something completely different.

So tell me—what’s your favorite tomato recipe, preserving method, or family tradition? I’d love to hear how you put your garden bounty to good use!

Are you throwing away your eggshells?
🛑STOP🛑

Feeding crushed eggshells to your chickens provides laying hens with a natural boost of calcium. This mineral is vital for maintaining healthy bones and producing eggs with thick, sturdy shells.

Don't have chickens? That's okay. Add eggshells to your garden! They act as a slow-release fertilizer that enriches the soil, helps prevent diseases like blossom end rot in tomatoes, and improves soil aeration.

💕What I do💕
I collect my egg shells al week in a mason jar. Then bake them all at once in the oven at 300 degrees for 15ish minutes. Once they cool, I crush them up and store in a clean dry mason jar till I’m ready to use them.
