The Cart of Curiosities will be stocked each week with fun snacks, drinks, and trinkets. Once the items are gone they’re gone and there will be new things each week.

This Düsseldorf-style amber uses a traditional warm-fermentation,
top-fermenting yeast but is matured at cool, lager-like temperatures.

The hybrid process produces a crisp, clean, copper-colored brew with balanced maltiness and subtle, hoppy bitterness.
