🍺 Some brewery stories begin with beer. Trove Brewing Co.’s story begins with two people.
📍 Burnsville, Minnesota - Trove Brewing
Jeffery and Angie first met more than 18 years ago while working at a brewery in California. Their shared passion for craft beer eventually became something much bigger—a dream of opening a brewery they could truly call their own.
Jeffery’s experience spans decades, beginning at Pyramid Alehouse & Brewery in Berkeley, California, where he worked his way from taproom employee to General Manager. After moving to Minnesota in 2011, he joined Granite City Brewery, eventually becoming Regional Brewer and helping oversee production across multiple locations while building strong relationships throughout Minnesota’s brewing community.
Angie built successful careers in marketing, education, and real estate before encouraging Jeffery to finally pursue the brewery they had talked about for years.
That dream became Trove Brewing Co.
What we appreciated most during our visit wasn’t just the beer—it was the feeling that this brewery was built with purpose. Trove reflects the owners’ journey, their family, and their desire to create a place where everyone feels welcome.
It’s another reminder that behind every great pint is an even better story.
