SUMMARY

This position is responsible for accurately counting and monitoring inventory located within the facility. Drives powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklift and power jacks to move products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Conducts accurate cycle counts of raw materials
finished goods, packaging materials and non-conforming materials on a daily basis and physical inventories as required to resolve discrepancies and report findings
Researches and report inventory discrepancies for follow-up
Uses forklift daily
Supports the Inventory control supervisor
Participates in daily problem solving through communication with the warehouse staff and any appropriate departments, vendors, or clients.
Assists with special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience in all phases of warehouse operations preferred.

· Forklift safety

We are looking for reach truck and stand up Forklift Operators to join our team in Lakeville, MN. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, shipping, and stocking product. Operates reach trucks, stand up lifts, and sit down fork lifts, scissor lift, and riding pallet jacks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 1st shift

Essential Duties:

Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area.
Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
Inventories materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed.
Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, trailers, or lifting device.
Shrink wraps pallets and products on pallets.
Must be able to complete transactions and research errors in inventory in order to keep product current and from expiring.
Will perform other duties such as receiving, shipping, WIP moving or RTS as needed.
Must be able to lift/carry/etc. 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform cycle counts.
Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Manager oversees and coordinates equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, building security, and energy management aspects at all Buddy’s Kitchen facilities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Maintenance Systems technicians and maintenance scheduler
Support root cause analyses of process, electrical and mechanical problems.
Manage Projects within on-time and on-budget constraints.
Develop and manage the Maintenance Systems training program.
Maintain complete equipment maintenance records and Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules,
Identify, recommend, specify, and procure equipment and systems in support of facility, production, process and product improvements.
Assess and recommend Preventative Maintenance enhancements to new or existing PM schedules.
Oversee CMMS and ensure on time completion of work orders
Maintain proper inventory levels of parts and equipment
Monitor downtime to identify areas of improvement opportunity and implement corrective actions.
Review energy expenditures and identify means to improve energy productivity.
Manage Building security and identify means of enhancing security.
Ensure building and equipment meet OSHA and State regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supervises the Maintenance Systems department. Provides indirect guidance to other departments, as necessary.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

B.S in Engineering or related
7 years of experience in maintenance, emergency repairs and/or roofing systems, or equivalent combination of work experience and education, showing progressively higher levels of responsibility
At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
