Friends,

The time has come for Danny and I to seek new opportunities.

We would love to pass our business on to someone local, with an interest in serving our existing customer base that has cultivated us over the past 7 years.

This is a request for serious inquiries into taking over our business. We have no current ad or listing available, as we are currently open to negotiating with those seriously interested in serving our existing clients and customer base. Is there a person like this in our circle? Please email us at [email protected] to start the conversation.

We have no other details to share at this time. If there comes a time when we have a listing to share, we will, but at this time we will not be responding to any inquiries outside of those explicitly looking to carry on our work.

We have poured every moment of our time and spark of our energy into this for many years and it is both very hard to let go of and definitely a healthy choice for us. Thank you for everything! And may you also move towards what strengthens your health and your joy πŸ’š

Are you familiar with the Bubby Bush? Also known as Carolina allspice or sweetshrub, this is one of our very favorite native shrubs!

Calycanthus floridus has rich, maroon blossoms that smell like cantaloupe when it blooms in May, and wide glossy leaves which look beautiful all season long.

These beautiful shrubs grow 6' high and wide in full sun to part shade. They are tolerant of clay soils and deer resistant.

We have several available in gallons which were grown from seed. They are fast-growing and are a wonderful addition to any garden, supporting native pollinators and making a very nice cut flower as well!

You can find us at the every Saturday through October 4th! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Fall planting feels like bringing the garden full circle.

The growing season just isn't complete without another round of luscious greens. And the little space in our freezer begs for some broccoli.

As our sunlight hours wane, now is the perfect time to establish cool-season crops that will keep your garden productive into winter.

For heading crops like cabbage and broccoli, don't delay- plant now for the best fall harvest.

With most greens, you still have time for more than one succession 😊

We also plant dill, cilantro, and parsley again, so we have plenty to use in the rest of our cooking and canning throughout the fall.

What are you planting this fall? We look forward to seeing you soon at the , and hearing about your gardens πŸ’š
