I have 7 quarts of Elderberry Health Syrup available for purchase at $30 each, and more will be made in the near future. Let ne know if you'd like some! It is shelf stable, but lasts longer if refrigerated after opening (I've had jars last up to 2 years). We always keep some in hand for when we feel something coming on. Elderberries are naturally antiviral and antibiotic. Raw honey has antimicrobial and antibiotic properties and ginger, cinnamon and clove also support the immune system. Yesterday morning I woke up with a sore, scratchy throat and a fluidy feeling in my ears. I took about 1/4 of a shot glass and was feeling better within a couple of hours. You can take it straight or mix in ginger ale, which is a delicious way to enjoy it.
