We are all eagerly awaiting getting back out to pasture!

Grazing too soon before the forages have enough growth can weaken root systems, reduce total forage for the season, decrease soil health, and provide too high of a protein to fiber ratio. The latter can give animals scours which means low feed efficiency.

We should be able to have them all back out in a couple weeks here. For the time being they're kept in paddocks in the woods right along the edge of the pasture.
