🍷👃 Today we had a blast hosting the Agritech Program for a Sensory Evaluation Class at Black Willow Winery!

From swirling and sniffing to identifying aromas and flavors, there was plenty of learning, lots of laughs, and maybe even a few “Wait…that’s what I’m smelling?!” moments along the way. 🍓🌿🍯🍷

Wine isn’t just about drinking—it’s about experiencing. Today our guests explored how sight, smell, taste, and even texture all play a role in what ends up in your glass.

A huge thank you to the Agritech group for spending the day with us. We had a fantastic time sharing our passion for wine and sensory science. Cheers to learning something new and having fun while doing it! 🍷✨

Memorial Day Weekend is the unofficial beginning of summer… although Mother Nature apparently missed the memo. 🌧️☁️

This EMS Week, all of us at Black Willow Winery want to say thank you to the incredible EMS professionals who answer the call day and night for our communities. 🚑❤️

We proudly support our EMS heroes and everything they do — the long shifts, missed holidays, calm under pressure, and compassion shown on people’s worst days.
