Tom Yum soup is a classic hot and sour soup from Thailand that bursts with bold, aromatic flavors. A shimmering tropical broth made with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, thai chilies, and shallots, create a spicy, tangy base. Fresh lime juice adds a bright citrus vale, while your broth provides savory depth. Mushrooms, shrimp or chicken, and tomatoes are simmered in the fragrant broth, often topped with fresh cilantro and scallions for a finishing garnish.
