Our exceptional chef de cuisine Dylan Dunnington has chosen to highlight our most popular soup, Tom Yum.

Tom Yum soup is a classic hot and sour soup from Thailand that bursts with bold, aromatic flavors. A shimmering tropical broth made with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, thai chilies, and shallots, create a spicy, tangy base. Fresh lime juice adds a bright citrus vale, while your broth provides savory depth. Mushrooms, shrimp or chicken, and tomatoes are simmered in the fragrant broth, often topped with fresh cilantro and scallions for a finishing garnish. The result is a vibrant, zesty soup that’s simultaneously delicious, encompassing and refreshing. This dish truly empbodies what it means to have Thai cuisine.

“Your food was delicious. I had just had oral surgery and was seeking food I could do. You really went out of your way to make me a nice Thai nut noodle tofu that was soft. That was so considerate. I got home and opened it and realized just how huge the portion was. Wow! Delicious sir!!!!!! Great job! I am so glad that I chose to support a small business.
