We proudly get our ground beef from the pristine sandhills near Burwell, NE. The Morgan Ranch naturally raises Wagyu cattle on Nebraska grass overlooking the beautiful Calamus river where the air is crisp and clean. The beef is very tender and there is a minerality to the flavor unlike any other. As wine has terroir, you will taste a sense of place specific to the region. And, they are very nice people to do business with.

It’s a beautiful morning in the Sandhills! Feeding a pen of calves is more than meets the eye. Not seen on the reel was mixing the ration, replacing the battery on the fencer, doctoring a heifer that was sick and putting two escapees back with their buddies.
