Geronimo Ranch Geronimo Ranch is a retired U.S. Veteran-owned and family operated beef cattle operation in Bush, LA. A buyer can purchase a quarter, half or full steer.

Geronimo Ranch sells Angus steers to be processed and picked-up by the buyer. Geronimo Ranch will transport the steer to the processor, at which time the buyer will fill out a "cut sheet" in order to customize how they desire their steer to be processed. The process is completed with the buyer picking up their beef at the processor.

All the other calves on the ranch have been weened from their mamas and now Lucky girl has joined up with them. It is bitter sweet to watch her. She is very much a leader of the herd and teaching them the ropes but I miss the one on one with her.
Therefore, sometimes when Gavin and I feed, I will stand near her and love on her. As long as I am hovering close by none of the other calves will come too close to her…they are not sure about me just yet. Gavin said I need to stop being a helicopter parent and let her show them she is the boss. Lol!
She will always be my favorite girl!❤️
My a lucky is now 6 months old.

When we were moving the mama cows and their babies today, Miss Lucky blended right on in and decided to have a little play date with the other calves.
She was so excited!💗

Well my Lucky is up to her shenanigans again. Miss Priss loves the steers. She has managed to find a weakness in our fence line and decides on a daily basis to go hangout with them.
When we are calling her and she does not come to eat…we know exactly where we can find her.
I have to say as much as she loves them, they love her.
We just love this life of ours.

Lucky’s best friend is Steer #2. He always comes to the fence to hang out with her.
