Getting the glads out before it gets cold tonight! The glads that haven't started to open their buds will probably be okay. On the other hand, it's definitely going to be the end of the basil….

We'll be bringing more cauliflower, broccoli, and baby ginger to market on Sunday. Also lots of greens, herbs, peppers, onions, leeks, glads, and garlic. See you by the Owlkill from 10-1!

Make sure to be at market at 11:30 for dancing witches of Battenkill Bollywood and southern Vermont. It's always a treat when they come to market!

It's fall and that means leeks and broccoli and cauliflower! And Asian pears and baby ginger and fingerling potatoes and lots of cooking greens. We also have more eggs since the young hens have started laying (so far, only one of the new flock is a rooster). We still have lots of glads too!

Rainy day special at Cambridge Valley Farmers Market today! Buy 6 pints of blueberries for $27 (wholesale price) today at market while they last. Freeze them, make jam, or make some blueberry pies. Or just eat them. No sprays or herbicides.

Also it's the beginning of our gladiolus season!
