We're bringing some fresh flavors to the farmers market and can't wait for you to try them!

Garlic Scapes!

Before we started growing our own garlic, we had no idea garlic scapes were even a thing! One of the coolest parts of growing your own food is learning something new every season and discovering all the ways different crops can be used.

We harvested our garlic scapes today and will have them available at this week's farmers markets.

They're great in stir-fries, pesto, eggs, and more. We'll also be dehydrating some to use as seasoning later on!

A Huge THANK YOU!

We are so grateful for the support you've shown us at the farmers market!

This week we completely sold out of: Sweet Pickles, Sweet Pickle Relish, Marinara Sauce, and our breads- Cinnamon Roll Focaccia & Rosemary Focaccia

Seeing so many of you come back week after week and try our products means the world to us. Thank you for supporting our little farm and all the hard work that goes into growing and making these items.

As our gardens continue producing, we're already thinking ahead to what we can bring to future markets. We'll have plenty of fresh produce coming, including:

🌽 Sweet Corn
🍉 Watermelon
🍈 Cantaloupe & Tigger Melons
🎃 Pie Pumpkins
🥒 Cucumbers
🫑 Green & Red Peppers
🌶️ Jalapeños
🍅 Tomatoes (so many varieties!)
🥬 Brussels Sprouts
🍠 Sweet Potatoes
🥔 Yukon Potatoes

Plus lots of fresh herbs: Lavender, Basil, Dill, Chives, Thyme, Mint, Rosemary, Parsley & Sage etc.

And yes... we even have luffas are growing! 😄

We're all set up at the Knoxville Farmers Market!

The weather is just right, the vendors are ready, and we're here from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM with fresh homemade goodies and farm-fresh products.

We also have beautiful Boulder Ridge Farm bouquets available today for just $10 each! They're fresh, colorful, and smell so good!

Come enjoy a beautiful morning, support local businesses, and see what everyone has to offer. We'd love to see you!

The garden is officially planted!

Over the past several weeks, we've been busy preparing the growing space, laying w**d barrier, cutting and burning planting holes, planting nearly 600 plants / seeds, and now installing trellises for our climbing crops.

A lot of hard work, time, and anticipation has gone into this garden, and we're excited to share the harvest with you in the months ahead. Keep an eye out for produce at our farm stand (opening soon—we promise!) and at local farmers markets throughout the season.
