First of many announcements along with the sale post! To start off - we are putting fresh chicken/chicken cases on special this week. See the flyer for details.

The big new is - Smoketoberfest at Jergels is coming BACK! We together tried to make October work for the "ober" part of the name, but due to timing of some national acts/Steeler games we decided on November 15th. Here's some details -

You can purchase ticket's off Jergels site now. We are discussing a kids option. Originally last year we had 21+ until the week before where we all realized our wires were crossed and kids could come. It is still a little bit of a bar atmosphere for the event, but nothing vulgar and family friendly besides some beers flowing around. More mild than taking them to a Steeler game, honestly.

Competing will be the same classifications and setup as last year. Please hang on another few days as we finish our ordering site today/tomorrow. We nearly filled all categories and would love to max it out this year. Pricing for everything will be the same as last year!

Be sure to let everyone know - it was an absolute blast last year with the 200+ people in attendance. Goal for this year is to sell out and make it one heck of a party!

Meat Cutter - Full Time - Monday, Wed-Sat with Tuesdays and Sundays as your set off day. We offer different benefits. Starting wage will be based off experience but the starting "number" is $22/hr.

Counter/Deli/Register - Starting at $15/hr. Full time is preferred but open to part-time. Fixed schedule and access to benefits with Sundays always being off.

Hi everyone!
We are putting fresh pork chops on sale this week. $2.99/lb for grillin', tomahawk, boneless, loin, and stuffed pork chops today through Saturday.

We are getting a lot of calls about the fresh turkeys - we will be going live with the ordering NEXT WEEK! Crazy it's already here, right? Best news of all - since you all bought so many last year, the farmer held prices for us, meaning they will be the same as last year for everything!

One last thing for Cranberry specifically. We have been mentioning a few thing about new deli items, charcuterie stuff, ect.. and we are doing all of that. The good thing, and the reason why we haven't been able to, is that Grant & Lance's wives both had babies in the last five weeks and we are trying to get generally caught up before a overhaul/launch of the deli. Once we get settled in here and are really able to have the time to get it ironed out, we will be sure to let everyone know and put out all the details! One thing we do need is to find someone who can do CNC style charcuterie boards with compartments and such at different sizes. If anyone knows of anyone, please reach out and let us know!

We are still looking for a full-time meat cutter. If you know of anyone looking or who have similar skills and would be willing to learn, please email [email protected]. Wages will be based off experience. Schedule Monday, Wed-Saturday and off Sundays/Tuesdays. You would be 9-5:30 and benefits are available as well.

We are hiring!
We thought we had enough help hired, however we are realizing we need some additional people. We are looking for one more counter person and a full-time meat cutter. Benefits are available for both positions. Both spots will have a set schedule, consistently off Sunday and another day of the week. Counter is starting at $15/hr and meat cutter is starting at $22/hr depending on experience. We are willing to train a meat cutter if you do not have full experience. Hi everyone! It's the last week of summer already?! Well, we have some nice deals for the last big smokin' and grillin' week of the summer. T-Bone/Porterhouse steaks $14.99/lb , Dino 4 bone short rib plates (whole) $9.99/lb, and pork butts at $2.99/lb! We will be open through 6PM Saturday and closed Sunday/Monday, so be sure to stock up for the weekend!

This is also the last week for the cooler raffle! Stop in at either location and grab a shirt or other merch to enter to win a custom Yeti cooler. Due to Taylor & Grant having baby #2 (we will be posting soon) I will not be back for the live drawing until mid-week following the holiday. Stay tuned!
