Hello all!! This is Lynne and I just noticed that we have not posted at all for quite a while out here at Fallengrund Alpacas!! If this is your first time visiting, WELCOME!! If you are a return follower, Welcome back!!
We had a busy summer out here on the farm!! Michael and Allie worked on reclaiming some CRP and began the chore of turning it into future pasture for our growing herd of alpacas. Not an easy task!!
We were grateful to Faye and Jeff Farley and Majestic Meadows for the purchase of Majestic's Kryptonite. He is a 2-year-old white boy with TONS of crimp and fiber!! We can't wait to see what he does, not only in the ring but also as a Jr Herd Sire!!
We are also happy to announce that three of our girls are expecting cria in late spring/early summer 2023!! So please watch for our birth announcements as they arrive!!
Fallengrund Alpacas and Fallengrund Loom will be expanding to include Fallengrund Fiber & Goods. We will be offering soaps, lotions and scrubs in the Spring!! This will also include fiber, rugs and our new line of soap goods. (Which Michael and Allie swear by the new "Gentleman's Scrub" and "Garden Scrub" to take off the grit, grime and dirt accumulated on your hands from working in the barn!!)
We shall be including pictures soon of Kryptonite, new barn name is Lex, as our last couple years yearlings!!! Watch this space for more updates!!!
