Well, not much growing without any rain but I found some delicious recipes using kale of which I have plenty. There are a few spots open still in this class.

We have a large flock of cedar waxwings dining in our serviceberry bushes. The berries are only half ripe and I don't think they plan on saving any for us.

We decided to raise turkeys again this year. Dot is all about peeping birds and keeps a close eye on them. George is also keeping a close eye on them.

If you look closely at Dot's nose, there is a slug on it and she stuck it close enough for one of the turkeys to peck it off.

Strawberries are ripening in the hoophouse, snap peas are on and herbs are growing fast!
