In the midst of our fourth market season; if you had told me in June of 2023 that I would no longer be making macarons—or that I’d be pulling back to offering them only at very limited events—I probably would have laughed or cried.
It was the goal. It was the dream. 🍋💜
But somewhere along the way, that dream shifted into something that feels so much more aligned with who we are as a team, who we are as people, and where our business is headed.
This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to make. Full of photos from our first few markets and a few of our favorite macaron moments. It’s filled with fear, nervousness, excitement, and a whole lot of emotion. But it’s time for Mitch and me to focus our energy on where the growth and demand are—and that is Live Life Bites.
Some of you may have noticed our name changes slowly happening behind the scenes. This is why. We’re stepping into this next chapter and giving ourselves the space to grow what we truly believe in.
We’ll continue offering limited macarons through August, including select markets and our Thompson Point events. But if you see us post that we’ll be at a market, please check to make sure macarons will be available. They are officially on their exit tour. 🥹
And to every wholesale account, private-order customer, business, and person who showed up week after week to buy a macaron—thank you. A special thank you to cymbidium floral for being our first ever account, the first person to believe in our products, and in us! Mentor forever and friends always!!
You all believed in us before there was a Live Life Bites. You gave us the foundation and the trust that allowed us to become what we are today.
Every macaron sold helped build this business.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has ever bought a macaron. 🍋💜
We wouldn’t be standing this tall today without you.
And now, we’re ready for this next chapter.
Live Life. One bite at a time.
