Bay End Farm Organic vegetables, herbs, and flowers grown in Buzzards Bay; and our own baked goods and dips. (Closed until June)

About a month ago Buy Fresh Buy Local Cape Cod organized a tour for the MA Department of Agriculture. We received a delegation of folks including a gentleman whose job was Agricultural Preservation and the Commissioner of Agriculture. Somebody on the team recommended that the governor of MA come check us out. This past Thursday afternoon Kofi Ingersoll Bay End Farmstand was honored to have Governor Maura Healey Maura Healey visit and tour the farm. Justin aka Kofi and Erin’s Right Hand Man aka The Plant Whisperer here at Kofi Ingersoll Kofi Ingersoll Bay End Farmstand - I could go on - is a fountain of information when it comes to anything plants, insects, birds and nature! Yesterday morning as I ran to photograph sunflowers I saw he had paused for something and he was rescuing a monarch butterfly who had flown into a spider web. He was successful and the monarch flew away after he carefully cleaned off its wings!

I wish I could Instagram the AMAZING smell in our temperature controlled Tomato Room at Kofi Ingersoll Bay End Farmstand !!!!!! A customer overheard me say something about it and her eyes lit up as she said “I LOVE that you have a tomato room! I want one!”
