I know it might be wet today but the sap is running! We will probably have to go back twice this afternoon to get all the sap. Will try to head back for the first load around 4:30. Any extra help is welcome😊

We are tapping trees Friday afternoon (February 17). Let the FUN begin. Hope you all can stop in and say Hi to Grandma! And if you want to help carry a pail of sap, we won't stop you.

Thank-you to everyone that came out to help or even just to visit this year! The season has come and gone once again. We are very blessed to be able to carry on a long time family tradition. Grandpa would be so proud! A huge Thank-you to John Burgess for making it so we can keep this tradition on the family farm! We had a record year since Grandpa has been gone with just over 40 gallons of syrup made!
