🐄 NOW HIRING: Herdsman at Zuber Farms 🐄

Zuber Farms is looking for a motivated and dependable Herdsman to join our team! This is a hands-on role working directly with our herd and team members to support daily operations and maintain herd health.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and assist with the breeding program
• Identify and assist with freshening
• Monitor, identify & treat sick animals
• Support transition animals & herd health programs
• Assist with dry treating & vaccinations
• Sort animals for hoof trimming & preg checks
• Help with group rebalancing
• Move animals between facilities
• Occasionally assist with general maintenance around facilities

🔸 Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with DairyComp and AfiFarm (training available)
• Experience in breeding and hoof trimming (training available)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
