These last few weeks have been busy, to say the least! 🤎 But we are back, refreshed, and ready to bring you more fresh milled flour and freshly baked goods from The 11:13 Mill.

And with fall knocking right around the corner, we’ve been in the kitchen dreaming up and whipping up some delicious seasonal goodies. 🍎🍂

Think warm spices, fresh milled grains, cozy fall flavors, and plenty of made from scratch goodness.

Our website is still a work in progress, and we appreciate your patience with us! We’re a self-run, single family operation over here farming, milling, baking, social media, marketing, packaging… and everything else in between. 😂🤪

Fun fact: One of my favorite first jobs as a young teen was working at the local pizza place in Ovid ..many of you probably still frequent Main Street Pizza! Shout out to my old boss-Amanda she was so sweet🍕

I loved tossing the dough in the air, stretching it out to just the right size, and piling on the toppings. There was nothing better than fresh made pizza.

I’d come home covered head to toe in flour and usually smelling like yeast. 😄Some things never change 😉

Maybe that’s why pizza crust still holds a special place for me.

Here at The 11:13 Mill, our pizza crusts are made with the fresh milled flour we grind ourselves. Every crust is mixed, hand tossed, and made one at a time. No two are exactly alike and I think that’s part of what makes them so good.
