After several years of running The Little French Cake, Iβm opening the possibility to pass on this simple, human-scale coffee shop / bakery setup to someone who would like to start their own project.
This is not a chef-only or diploma-based concept.
The recipes are simple, proven, and repeatable, and the setup has already worked in real conditions.
The idea is to allow one person or a couple to start a small coffee shop or bakery without unnecessary complexity, and to adapt it to their own personality.
This offer includes the equipment, the working methods, and a limited training, so the project can start on solid ground.
