Johnson Maple Syrup Maple Syrup Johnson Maple Syrup is family owned and operated and can be found on Stevenson Road, just north of Mingo.

Located on the Johnson farm that was settled by Jacob Johnson in 1805, old-fashioned techniques are still used in the production of maple syrup. About 750 sugar maple trees are tapped in late February to early March. After collectiing the sugar water in wooden and metal buckets, it is boiled over a traditional wood-fired stove. The finished maple syrup is then canned in containers ranging from a h

alf-pint to gallon in size. Each year we produce and sell approximately 200-300 gallons of Johnson Maple Syrup.

We are sold out of Johnson’s Maple Syrup at the farm, but Union Station in Marysville and Freshwater Farm and Mumford’s in Urbana still have a good supply. Shop local!! Thanks

Christmas in July?! Spread out your holiday spending and stock up on Johnson Maple Syrup now. It makes a wonderful gift! We had a very good spring, so we hope to have syrup through the holidays this year, but why not get any early start or just guarantee you have what you need. Currently we have plenty of quarts, pints and half pints and a few half gallons.
